What You Can Buy: Off-Market in San Francisco

I have access to many off-market listings, as my clients are aware. Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite current opportunities—homes that are being quietly marketed out of the public eye but which are available for purchase. Homeowners sometimes want to sell without a lot of public fanfare, for various reasons. Perhaps they’d like to save money and time with prep work, and instead sell to buyers who have some vision and don’t need staging to make a sale. Or a property is seller or tenant occupied and not too easy to show.
