What’s Selling Now: New Construction Condos

Mira condo high rise in South Beach

Condo buyers looking for a new home should check out some of the more than 1200 new construction units currently available.

I’ve rounded up what I think are the most exciting new developments currently selling condos. Please note that inventory and pricing fluctuate regularly, especially in the smaller buildings. If you’re interested in scheduling a tour, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m not on the sales teams for any of these developments, but can represent you independently and get the scoop on what’s available at the time you get in touch. I can also get you started with a loan preapproval and walk you through the entire process—looking out for your best interests.
