What You Can Buy: With Outdoor Space

The shelter in place has done its part to help many prospective buyers realize that they want outdoor space in their next home. The thought of having a garden or a big deck sounds extremely appealing right now.

I’ve rounded up some homes that have lovely exclusive-use outdoor space. Give me a shout at | 415.823.4656 if you’d like to see any of these in person:

375 Moncada
Ingleside Terrace

5BR/3BA, 2 pkg

375 Moncada is a big Mediterranean-style house with a landscaped front yard and sprawling rear garden. The kitchens and baths could use updating, but the home is certainly in move-in condition. And when Stonestown Galleria opens again, you’ll be in walking distance. (Photos courtesy of Keller Williams Realty)

330 Mission Bay Blvd #604
Mission Bay

2BR/2BA, 1 pkg

One of my favorite developments in Mission Bay is The Radiance, and #604 is a prime unit there. The 1569-square foot home has a huge terrace with bay, bridge and skyline views. And the property is just down the street from Chase Center and Oracle Park. (Photo courtesy of Coldwell Banker Realty)

3639 Webster

3BR/2.5BA, 2 pkg

Boasting exclusive use of the yard, 3639 Webster is a two-level condo with period detail and remodeled kitchen and baths. French doors lead to the private yard, a rare perk in condo living. (Photo courtesy of Sotheby’s International Realty)

4590 17th Street
Buena Vista/Corona Heights

3BR/3.5BA, 1 pkg (private garage)

Perched at the top of 17th Street and Clayton is 4590 17th Street. This multi-level condo has multiple decks, along with a landscaped private garden. Convenient location near the Castro and Cole Valley, and an easy walk to many nearby parks. (Photo courtesy of Compass)

16 Iris
Laurel Heights

2BR/2BA, 21 pkg

16 Iris is a gracious condo in popular Laurel Heights. In addition to the large rear deck, the unit has two-car parking and in-unit laundry. Great spot near the Presidio for those afternoon walks, and Laurel Village. (Photo courtesy of Sotheby’s International Realty)

256 Fowler
Miraloma Park

3BR/3BA, 3 pkg

Light and airy, 256 Fowler features 1930s details and updated kitchen and baths. The garden has mature trees and serene landscaping. Walk to Mollie Stone’s for your dinner ingredients, and go out for your evening stroll along Miraloma’s wide streets. (Photo courtesy of The Agency)

1495 Valencia #5

2BR/2.5BA, 2 pkg

1495 Valencia #5 enjoys a bustling Mission location near retail, restaurants and BART. The two-level townhome has a private roof deck where you can enjoy the neighborhood’s warm microclimate. (Photo courtesy of Compass)
