Eileen Bermingham is truly the best Realtor we have ever had. After last seeing her a decade ago, with no purchase being made at the time, she graciously got right on board and worked very hard to help us figure out our needs.

Eileen is ultra competent, sharp, detail-oriented, honest, and straightforward. She made what would have otherwise been a very complicated and stressful process feel totally manageable. She set clear expectations with us every step of the way, so we always knew what was going on. It was clear she understood our priorities and our needs, and we felt very taken care of from start to finish.
