I’m happy to report that my two-bedroom condo listing at 3350 22nd Street just off the Valencia Corridor closed escrow in a very smooth transaction at the end of August. This was a well-appointed flat with an office alcove, updated kitchen and bath, a large exclusive-use bonus space at the ground level and a huge shared yard.
We spruced up the condo with new interior and exterior paint and staging. List price was $899,000, which brought in many buyers looking for first-time homes in great locations only a short distance from the most popular restaurants, bars and retail in San Francisco. Our final sale price was $925,000.
