My listing at 1237-1239 Florida in the Mission closed this week. First on the market back in April with a tenant-occupied, top floor flat, the building attracted a mix of investors and potential owner occupiers. However, the upper tenant gave notice to vacate during the marketing period and we hit pause for a month before painting and staging that flat.
Then we were ready to go with two vacant units. Our first weekend open houses were busy, and a lovely local couple looking for a renovation project made an offer right away for all cash.
We closed for $1,425,000, a bit higher than the $1,395,000 list price for this fixer in the Mission.
