My lovely buyer clients just closed on a fantastic, completely renovated 3BR/2BA home in the increasingly popular Outer Mission neighborhood of San Francisco.
I first met Joseph and Tom in October, when they contacted me to help them find a home after being long-time readers of this blog. We saw their future home on the first day it went into the MLS, and moved quickly to write an offer. We were in contract within a day or so, before anyone else was able to view the home.
One of my favorite parts of this two-level house is the kitchen, which leads right out to a deck with 180-degree views that include the ocean:
