Fetching top dollar these days are the brand new construction buildings surrounding 400 Beale like The Avery, Lumina, and Mira. The best values can be had at buildings like 400 Beale, which was constructed in 2002 yet has amenities like 24-hr concierge, pool, gym and sky lounge.
