I’m proud to announce the sale of my two-bedroom condo listing at 8100 Oceanview Terrace #220 in Ingleside Heights. This one was a bit of a challenge, as we came on the market when there was a lot of competing inventory. And interest rates were steadily rising, a factor that was scaring off potential buyers.
But we hung in there and continued marketing the condo, and a very nice buyer came along who is now the happy new owner of the property. We closed the sale at our original list price of $698,000—a good deal for a condo with two bathrooms, parking and a short walk away from BART.
