Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of a very cool industrial loft in a prime Dogpatch location! This spacious 1BR/1.5BA loft at 675 Tennessee #C flew a little under the radar. With 1,092 square feet of living space, a private roof deck, and only four units in the building, it was one of the more generous and unique lofts we’d come across.

Location was a huge selling point, as well. 675 Tennessee is just two blocks from Crane Cove Park, and steps from Third Street’s restaurants, cafes, shops and Chase Center. There’s also easy transit access via the T Muni rail line that now extends to SoMa, Union Square and Chinatown, along with a nearby Caltrain station.

The unit initially came on the market in mid-April for $995,000, and had dropped to $899,000 by the time we came onto the scene. We were able to negotiate a lower price for this property, closing for $825,000. This is definitely an example of the kind of value buyers can find in today’s loft and condo market. Congratulations to my clients for landing a fantastic home at a great price!
