Congrats to my client, who closed last week on her purchase of 300 Berry #508. The Arterra is one of my favorite Mission Bay buildings, and #508 is an exceptional corner unit with airy outlooks toward greenbelts and Mission Creek. There’s also a private balcony, primary bedroom with walk-in closet and in-unit laundry.
Arterra was built in 2009 and was one of the earlier LEED Silver-certified buildings. The HOA has a guest room that residents can rent for their visitors, as well as a fitness center, roof deck, clubhouse and 24/7 front desk. It’s just down the street from Oracle Park and is nearby the Caltrain station, Muni and freeways.
